It is probably a bad cable connection, or a bad cable.
Unplug all inputs you have connected to your TV. Now, only plug in one input and turn on whatever it is you have connected at the input and see if it still makes a noise. If it does make a buzzing noise, unplug it and connect it at another input and so on until you have tried all the inputs. If you hear the buzz on all inputs try another DVD player or gaming console or whatever it might be. Be sure to plug your electronics in with different cables and not the same cable for all. If this does not work, and you have tried all possible alternatives, do call Olevia at 1-866-9-OLEVIA. They ask that you have your model and serial number ready. CALL THE MANFATORER ABOUT IT THEY SHOULD HELP AND ALSO IF YOU STILL HAVE WARRENTY THATS ALOT BETTER uhh turn your TV off lol Sounds like a power supply going bad. buy an actual name brand, especially with big electronics. contact the manufacturer. do you have a warranty?
