1. What type of signal are u watching? High Definition of Standard Definition?
2. What resolution do your plasma tv has?
3. What's the brand and the model?
I will come back to u again once u have update with additional information. =) Could be any number of things. Is the screen clean? Did you buy a good one or a cheap one? Are you trying to watch older NTSC signals on it? Does it have an HD tuner or is it a cheap-o? Did you do your homework before buying? I didn't think so.
'Nuff said? IF you have your cable going right into your tv then thats your problem, you need a digital or high def box to make that analog signal into digital, my brother had the same problem, until he got the digital box
now its crystal clear
