why does my tv turn black after working fine for 5-10 mins?
My tv works for a while, and then the screen just goes black. It looks like when I turn the cable box off and leave the tv on. can anyone tell me why this is and how to fix it? thanks!

Your Picture tube is goin out. I had a tv do the same thing one time. I had the option of taking it to a tv repair shop or buyin a new one so I bought a new one cause I to geta new picture tube was a s expensive as a new tv srhbsrhg because it's broken? if it's pretty old it might have just worn out- they do after awhile. take it into a shop or something and have them look at it I would say you need to get a new TV. Something is heating up and then shorting out. the picture tube probably needs to be changed. better to get a new Tele.
