Almost certainly.

YES they will charged in the electricity bill if it is not switched off from the main switch. Modern TVs pull a constant flow of electricity unless they are unplugged. We are talking VERY small amount of current in the "off" position...but still you are useing electricity and will be charged for its use. Most new Tv's and other electronics can use up to 40% of their operating power while in a standby mode, waiting for you to turn the device on. A switched wall outlet is the best answer I've found to turn these items off when not in use.
