Why does the screen on my 32" Grundig CRT develop wavy horizontal lines whenever the picture is
I have an aerial booster connected between wall plate and digibox. The digibox is connected to the VCR by scart and RF lead. The VCR is connected to the TV the same way and to the Home Theatre system by audio leads. The Home Theatre system is connected to the TV with an S-video/Scart cable.
The problem occurs with all external inputs and when watching analogue TV (though to a lesser degree, possibly because the picture isn't as sharp as through the digibox.

sounds to me like possibly a high-voltage overdriving. if the back of your set has one or possibly 2 small knobs(may even have to use a tiny screw driver) accessable, and they are labeled focus and screen, you can turn the screen COUNTER CLOCKWISE and decrease the drive voltage. If no knobs are showing, you need to have a tech do this. The technical terms for this is retrace lines. Good luck u have developed wall eyes,ur starin at the box 2 long get a book or a pal 2 talk 2. the RF booster. are you using a roof top arial? if you need the RF booster with the arial then your signal is weak and your seeing amlpified noise. try the system w/o the RF amp, it may be adding noise to the signal.
