Which lcd tv is better?
I have been looking around and I wanted a cheap 32" lcd tv. I founf the Konka KDL32AT23U and the Sceptre X32GV-Komodo. The Konka is $500 and the Sceptre is $550. The problem is that they are both no-name companies and I was wondering which one is better. I was going to use it for analog satelite, dvd player, a computer monitor, and some day for a Playstation 3.

Tigerdirect also has a Viewsonic lcd tv for $600.

Never heard of any of these tvs, but if you have to pick one, go with the Sceptre. It has a dual tuner and more output/input. If you're planning to get a PS3, you should get a better LCD because the picture quality of these 2 tvs won't be good enough. Get a Vizio, Olevia or Westinghouse if money is tight. For the best LCDs, you want a Samsung, Panasonic, Sharp, Sony, Toshiba or JVC. i agree with the above answer. but dont get either of them bc they are no name and are probably not good quality. at the very least get a westinghouse. or olevia not a vizio. but even better would be the name brands mentioned above. believe me it will be well worth it in the long run. dont be cheap with this kind of investment, you want to be happy with this for many years to come. you will not be happy you saved money if the quality is not that great or when you start having problems with the tv sooner than you expected. save up your money and wait . it will be worth it.
