Which TV to get?
I'm in the process of looking to purchase an LCD TV. My living room is relatively small, so I'm looking for a 40" or 42". I think I've narrowed it down to either the Sharp Aquos LC-42D62U or the Samsung LN-S4095/6D (dunno the difference). Anyone have an opinion on which way I should go (or a better suggesion)? Oh yeah, I've also debated on whether to go plasma, but I'm afraid of the burn in issue with my PS2. Thanks!

it looks like you done your research but i will suggest that some of the things you should use to decide is; flicker rate or hertz the more "flickers" per sec the screen produces the smoother the image next the pitch value of the pixles that is the angle that the tv can be comfortably be viewed from without color being distorted i would go with the one that has the best of these values as all other important features are going to be on both anyway lcd's last more than plasmas and dont break as easy, andthe have better picture quality
go for the lcd I work in SAMSUNG company in my country, all of the customers comlain about ps42d5, i suggest to forget about plasma TV.
I cannot compare sharp LCD TV and SAMSUNG, but I'm sure the policy in SAMSUNG company is coustomers satisfaction. the service after sales is great and i see very few complains about LCD TVs...
