it has been enchanted what kind of phone are you talking about, I know I have trouble with my digital phone when it rains. wires i think its getting a short from somewhere...you gotta call the phone co. I had the same problem with my land-line, and when I told them....they thought I was nuts, but there send a phone repair man...and he fix it!! Rain sometimes messes up the signal on most phones. Especially Sprint!!!
