Voltage and the plug end is different. You are likely to have a better chance of getting a phone in North America for use in the Philippines.
If you are in the Philippines, call the local phone company and ask them the requiremens for you to be able to use that phone. More than likely it's a different voltage. Even if you got it up and running, I can't see it working for you, you have to activate and subscribe to all the features on that phone. When you do that you will be calling UK numbers.
