on most VoIP provider, all long distance is free anyway! some have you use like 500 minutes a month, like Time-Warner broadband....but Vonage has a real good deal....5 European countries totally free....I thing that so cool...so if you have family and friends there, its a real good deal!

every VoIP provider has different rates on foreign countries, so check them out real good, because there not that great...I use an access number for international calls... It's hard to say counting different kinds of plans. And some provider is good on some countries but not others. You need to list which area you interested to know first.
