the best thing about this gizmo is, it will not accept any callerID spoofing numbers...there go strait to your voicemail without ringing your phone! Depending on where you live, it's illegal in most states to record calls UNLESS you have the permission of the other party. If they deny it at any point, the recorded call MUST end & be erased/deleted.
Call centers get away with it because a blurb about it is on their automated system. It's also a safety feature for when a customer threatens a customer service rep or vice versa.
