becareful to hang up the phone before one picks up No. there r no charges for miss call. however, if someone picks it up quickly u wil b charged for the per minute call.
so make sure u dont give a long miss call... If a connection is not made then you can not be charged for the call. If you did not answer it, then technically it was not a call. Unless you have an answering machine that answered it. why will u be charged if no one picks up the phone. no, you wont get changed, only if someone picks up on the other end!!!
