What's a good cordless answerphone?
I want this one to last (so not Panasonic thanks). Must have lots of features and at least 20 mins recording time.

register for the bt 1571 service then you don't need to buy a answerphone . Get a normal digital cordless phone and use voicemail instead, less to go wrong!! a one with no wire i would think One that works - Why must you have "loads of features" give me the simplest every time. Why must we be dictated to by gadgets for everything. A phone is to talk to someone and it needs a bell or sound tone of some sort to tell you someone wants to talk to you - thats all, KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) ! the one without a cord is the best kind.loooooooooool

I have a philips digital cordless phone with answerphone,it comes with to handsets,the main handset plugs into your pnone socket,the second one just plugs straight into the electric mains socket in any room you want it,its got a speakerphone built in so if you dont want sit there holding the phone you just put it on speakerphone,its got different ringtones also.And you can go outside and use it if you wish as long as youre not to far from the house.you can also send text messages although theyre about 80p to send.The phone also lights up orange when you use it,it as lots of features including alarm clock and intercom,i highly recomend the phone I have Uniden main base and 4 handsets...U can put the handset on with a clip and take the dog for a walk...the mainbase has a build-in router...so the signal is very strong... U can record all your conversations. philips are good
