What would you do if a prankster keeps ringing up your phone very very annoyingly?

It keeps ringing right now,sheit them. I'm gotta pull off all the telephone sockets and wires to have peace.

you can call the phone company and have the phone number blocked from calling you, but if they call from somewhere else, well, your pretty much screwed Thats what they invented caller ID for . . . get an air horn..the kind you get for a football game..pick it up and give em a good salute. Blow a whistle long and hard. You can get the calls monitored and blocked, it takes time but you can do it. You poor thing. Maybe change your number or answer the phone and say nothing, that might piss em' off.

They will get his number and arrest him for harassment. get a tape of bagpipe music and play it when you answer that should bug them, this is also use full for ***hole neighbors, I would play the CD all day long loud it bugged the crap out of them, My family is Scottish so I grew up with that music I like it, but my fellow Canadian next door nightmares where ripping their hair out! Block their phone number. I had the same problem, so i purchased one of those Tele-Zappers that clip onto my phone line. It stops tele-marketer's and all other unwanted callers.

I also called the phone company and they monitored the phone line. I don't have any problems at all anymore. Get a new number You actually have a couple of options - Things like caller ID only shows the number thats calling but wont stop them from calling. You can call the phone company and ask for "Call blocking" or "Call Screen" (*60) and that might work. Changing your telephone number might be a hassel. Or you can actually file a complaint with your local law enforcement agency and have your telephone company trace the calls and then they will work with your law enforcement agency to get the calls stopped.
