What telephone number is this?
I keep getting telephone calls from 1999099909999, I think that it is some sort of telemarketer but it is too long for a telephone number, and switchboard can't find it. What is it and should I answer it?

it might be a computer SIP number calling you!....when I call myself from my computer...I get all 7's.... looks totally whacked. ask your phone company. that wouls be the fast way ti find out what the number belongs to. It's done through caller ID spoofing. The caller can pay for a service to send a bogus number as caller id. Not much you can do about it, except add your phone number to the national do not call registry - donotcall.gov
