there customer service dept. is in California....I had never heard about them before, but I had read about them on dslreports.com...I got 2 free phones with them free shipping and free activation...befor you make your decision go to every broadband-phones forum and check it out!!! that's what I did! I have Lingo and have been very happy with it. It is cheaper than Vonage and I could keep my number (which I couldn't do with Vonage in my area). yes there is a better one then vonage its called at&t they have discounts if u get there internet with it. its a good company i have it now and i have no problem its pretty fast to.
