Does any one know of a different phone service I can use?

Right now I'm working with a Panasonic Digital Super Hybrid System (model number KX-TD816). It has all this extra stuff I don't need.

I'm looking for something that would let me use up to three lines, has rollover for calls (i.e. if I'm on one line, and a call comes in, the call will 'rollover' to the one of the other lines), and that isn't a huge box like the Panasonic thing is. All I want are phone lines.

Help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Staples has several "small business phone systems" at this link http://www.staples.com/webapp/wcs/stores... They basicllay are 4 line phones, where as long as line one is the same to every extention you will have the functions of a basic phone system... as far as when one line is busy it "rolls over" that is a feature of the phone line itself, comming from your local phone provider, you need to tell them you want to set up call hunting, and you want to let them know the order of your "hunt group" line 1 goes to line 2 etc.. but remember, your provider is going to need the actual phone numbers, they dont know what you decided line 1 to be, and line 2 .. etc.. if you dont want to or are unable to set up call hunting with your local phone provider, you can do the same thing, by setting up foward when busy, from line 1 to line 2, etc.. never underestimate your call volume,.. .hook the fax line upto line 4 since you only have 3 lines in a 4 line phone (most multi line phones are going to be 2 or 4 lines, not 3 lines) this way, you always have an extra dial tone.. just dont add the fax line to the hunt group .. cricket Sounds like you need a phone service meant for small businesses. Call your local phone company and ask them what kind of small business plans they offer. I'm not sure if you are looking for a phone or phone service?
