BT Hub Phone?
I have a BT Hub Phone 1010 and it doesn't seem to accept incoming calls, what have I got wrong? The internet works fine.

i have the same phone but it chooses when i can have incoming calls and not! Its such a pain! I dont think you are doing any thing wrong its just a crap design! i rang BT themselves and they told me that because its the first ever model there are bound to be things that go wrong, sometimes my internet and phone cut out, this can go on 4 days!
To any one that wants to buy a BT Hub phone Do Not waste your money!
xXx i have the same set and i cant get any calls at all, sick of ringing bt off my land line, internet fine phone crap, Thought i was the only one that had this problem with our hub phone.We just got a new phone.Works fine now. I have to agree. I had problems when I first got mine. It takes you to be persistent & have the patience of a saint dealing with them. Be firm with Customer Service & you'll get a replacement. Deal with English Customer Service only as the Indian call centre are almost useless. I have had 4 off these phones and not one off them work properly i'm sick off phoning BT and getting no where, i've given up on them and i'm using one off my digital house phones, Roll on october when i can change internet providers cause bt sucks!!!
