Anyone have Time Warner Digital Phone service?

Time Warner recently took over Comcast in our area. They are offering bundled services that include Digital Phone, but I don't know anyone that has it. Anyone have good or bad experiences with Digital Phone service? Is is just like regular phone service?

I have it. One of the bad things about it is if your cable goes out in your area--your phone goes too. It's just like regular phone. Also, you get caller ID on your TV that I think is cool.

I have TMC, but I think they rip everyone off. I have had Comcast digital service and now have Turner digital service for phone and cable. Works great. I just left comcast digital phone service. I couldn't keep a connection on the line. I was constantly having to redail or just use my cell phone. i even tried logging off the internet to save bandwidth. It wasn't any better. I use Globalinx Digital phone service. they sent me the DTA box for free, and i paid my phone bill for the whole year for $199. It comes out to be $17 a month, but you have to pay it all at once. they also have a $24.99 a month plan. So far its been great. I have been using it more than my cell phone. Its very clear and i can call on it and surf the net with no problems. here is the website i got mine from
