Anyone got the Virgin package? telly, phone ,broadband? whats it like ?

I have had broadband for the past week but can't register with PC Guard: the free internet security that comes with my broadband package. According to the setup guide you get when you first joined, this is a common problem. I guess Virgin's like any other broadband but it is only ￡10 a month and you don't need a phone line to get it. I don't have any other Virgin products, at present. yeah the broadband is second to none. i have used a few others, but for speed i find it the best Package is fine. Broadband can be a little unreliable sometimes.

As a company though, they are pretty useless. They like to charge you for things you don't have, and are impossible to get hold of most of the time... Was with Telewest when Virgin Media took over and have had very few problems with all three packages. Had a little problems last week, but it was dealt with very quickly and professionally. Can't get Sky One, but most of the stuff on Sky One is rubbish. i have had it all since march, no probs yet so far

great value for money I think its one of the best value services around: especially useful is the anywhere 200/400/800 phone service- 200/400/800 free mins to any national/international land/mobile per month. Very useful if you call overseas alot. I pay about ￡50 pm for the 800min phone package and 2mb broadband. but I go for sky for the tv as I had alot of freezing problems with the telewest box. its the best,,love sue Hiya, for sheer value for money you won't get this anywhere else......ms...
