I had about 20 or so old rotary, and touch tone slimline phones that the phone company used to least... and 1 or 2 rotary desk top phones.. sold them ALL on ebay with an opening bid of $5 each... some sold for just the $5 but most sold for more... I ended up making about $2-300 for all of them... and they were ALL "new" in the boxes they came in... so yours with out the box and being used would be worth less...
there isn't a huge market for these phones, and there are plenty to be found... if you had something more rare, or a rare color, perhaps you could get alittle more then about $10 that you will proballay get for selling this phone.. My guess is very little. A novelty though! Not much. My 98 year old grandmother still insists on using a rotary phone. I think it aggravates the phone company no end. There were gazillions of those phones made, and they were made so well that most are still in great working order. No antique value, sorry.
However, it's probably worth whatever you can get for it on ebay.
