I have heard of a samsung Q - but this is a hybrid between laptop and PDA.
I have the O2 XDA (AKA Jasjar as someone else correctly noted) and this is certainly a large display.

David So far the only one I'm aware of is the I-mate Jasjar aka O2 XDA Exec. however, there are third party downloads which allow you to resize the resolution up to 800x600
