Okay, i have been in the Cell phone business since i was 16. So the advice i give you, TAKE IT!
It seems to be you dont want to spend the little extra bucks for the best pdas out right now, such as the Treo 700p, 700w, or the new Treo 700WX for sprint.
Thats not a problem. T-Mobile has just come out with an affordable "all around great PDA" that is only ONE step below the BEST pda on the market. It is the Blackberry 8100, or more known as the PEARL. It is cheap in price, but hands down the 2nd best PDA/phone on the market. Surprisingly, you could get one for $200 out the door, plus a $50 mail in rebate. So its gona end up costing you 150 for a brand new blackberry Pearl.
Im not advertising for them, trust me. I personally dont even like T-Mobile (former t-mobile manager) but the Blackberry Pearl, without a doubt is your best bet. Get it, you will love the phone. Blackbery has FINALLY put a camera, and an mp3' player in the new phone. it all depeneds on what you need it for. both are very played out in the LA area already but seriously if you need something for business and also a phone, i would personally go with the hewlett packard one i believe it was iPAQ H6315. not only if the functions are better it is alot more usefull. and on the other hand not many people have. but i am not sure what is your needs. 7100 I would get the Treo, there is more stuff availiable to do with a Palm product, more software etc Compare them on the Mobile Review website... Lots of excellent info.
