LOL...so i take it you are not trying to use your router, but piggy back on someone's wifi signal...Well...guess what, unless you have the passphrase which generates this persons WiFi Access Point, then know which one of the hour keys that passphrase generates, you are out of luck. Now, if this is your own router, just go to the wifi setup section when configuring your router and follow the directions to generate your own wep key.... the security code on your router/ computer..your computer will generate it for you..if you pick fro example your dogs name as your password ..your computer will translate that to numbers, letters as a security key AKA WEP key WebEncryptionProtocol - WEP, It is like a wireless IP address and their are many kinds (WEP, AKA WEP, TKIP WEP, ect.)
its basically words (password, ip ect combined) with a 128-bit encryption
