Why does synch-"ing" with Intellisync undo changes made in calendars in both Yahoo and Pal

What I mean is that when I make a deletion from my Yahoo Calendar, 1) I want that same calendar item deleted my Palm/Treo, and 2) I don't want that item added back to my Yahoo Calendar.

This irritating actions happens also, during the Intellisync Synchronization process after I make deletions/additons 1) in my Palm Calendar and not in my Yahoo Calendar, 2) in my Yahoo Calendar and not in my Palm Calendar, and 3) in both of my Yahoo Calendar and in my Palm Calendar.

What's the point of using Intellisync if all my deletions/addtions are undone after synchronization? Synchronization only works if I make changes to existing items.

I think you should have the prefrences of the hotsync/intellysync set to "Syncronize" and make sure to tick the "set as default" too to avoid having to specify the same steps every time you sync...

But frankly speaking.. Avoid the hedious Intellysync altogether specialy if you are using any palm os after 3.5 Under Options (or Preferences) you can tell it which to make the master for changes. Example: if you always want changes on your palm to be carried over onto your pc, make the Palm your master. Or you can tell it to prompt you each time to be sure, but that's a pain in the butt.
