Whats a good PDA or another alternative? Im a really really busy exec. and I need to get organized?

whats a good way to keep appointments and to do list all in the same place and have a alert when they are due? Whats a good PDA????? or what else could be used?

I love my Treo 650, it keeps everything in one location. Add Agendus from Iambic and it's incredible. Agendus really wraps everything together for organizing yourself.

The 650 is no longer available but you can get the 700p. I have a T-Mobile MDA, its a smart phone, which means its a PDA, cellphone, camera, music player all in one. It has a slide out QWERTY keyboard for typing.

It also uses Windows Mobile 5.0 so it is compatible with WORD, EXCEl and OUTLOOK. I think OUTLOOK is the best way to keep contacs and appointments, it has alarms that you can set, and the phone will let you know whats coming up, using the Outlook calender.

There are many other types of phone that do this too, so check around.
