Best PDA/Smartphone for student?

Hi, I am a law student who is looking for a PDA/Smartphone. I need it to use a to-do list, keep a schedule/agenda, use wi-fi on campus, get emails, have an address book and maybe do some readings. I also want to use it as a phone, so it needs to be small and compact enough to fit in my purse. I also want it to sync well with my macbook. Please give me some good ideas - I would have loved the iphone, but it's not available in Canada. Thanks!

iPhone, duhh... You can buy it online from any apple store or amazon.com or whatever. Trust me, it's iPhone the best one.. :D the black berry is great!!! it has all of that hope you like it! idk samsung blackjack. cheap and works great! I Have the O2-XDA-miniS bit big but works a treat!

Hope this helps buy one iphone off of the ebay, its perfect when you sync it with the mac. but with the windows mobile on mac its like something missing The tmoble dash is a great inexpensive phone full of features on most expensive phones. i also use the Ipaq 6950, it has the same features with a touch screen. go with the Blackberry its awsome , also please dont get the iphone its a rip off =( sorry Blackberrys are really good PDAs. I use a Treo from Alltel and its wonderful. I think its the best performing PDA on the market. But you have to pay premium prices for it. I have a treo 700WX and i paid $200 plus activation. Most Treos are really good. my whole family that uses PDAs uses Treos. The i phone is decent, but really EXPENSIVE. A decent Blackberry or treo does the same thing if not more. and I phone will run you between $400 - 600 plus CNN reported the annual cost to maintain the Iphone is $1,800!! WAY to expensive. It is nice but inpractical. If you want check out the site where i got my treo from. The site offers Alltel, T mobile, AT&T and Sprint. I did save over $200 by buying my phone off of the site. www.5linx.net/joshua82 You are a PROFESSIONAL. Me and my wife are professionals and she and all her CRNA and MD's in the hospital use treos. First because they are economical and they are user friendly. Make sure you buy the Palm OS and not the windows system because if you know anything about Palm pilots... They are great. The windows one was made for more of the gadget heads out there not the professionals. If you look at 80% of people in Law and MD you will see the Palm Treos everywhere. The Iphone is great for other stuff, ex. multimedia and movie playback, not business. HTC 8525
