for you ...no Yes, I personally like HTC. I have the 8525 and it is wonderful. It does everything...like a mini computer. Plus...it has wifi which blackberries don't. yea they are good they the best hand held things next to ipods i have a new blackberry from verizon and i love it. it is like a mini computer. verizon has a 40.00 a month plan so you can use ur internet unlimited and unlimted texts. soo worth the money HTC definitely. I have the at&t 8525, and I honestly think it's the best PDA out there. It can do anything! Literally, as said before, it's like a mini computer. It's got a little keyboard, wifi, tv, music, microsoft word and excel, voice dialing (you say the name of the person you want to call, and it calls it), a greatt camera, a touch screen...and that's just to name a few.
It's perfect! I couldn't be happier with it. I have just got the O2 XDA Orbit. It is really annoying at first, due to it having no keyboard or physical buttons, so it takes a bit of getting used to.
However, you soon get used to it. It is fantastic. There is no limit on the size of the memory card, (i.e. 64mb, 1gb, 2gb, 8gb), it doesnt matter.
It has a built in GPS Receiver, so its a satnav as well.
Windows Media Player . . . really loud as well.
The headphones are a bit tacky though, but i'm sure you can get some better ones.
bluetooth and Wifi as well. You can make almost everything on it voice activated.
It's free on the ￡35+/month tariff, which is an 18month contract, and gets you 600mins and 500 txts (1000 if you order online) a month, as well as long weekends calls or texts. which is free txts or calls on saturday, sunday and monday. and you still get o2 treats.
also, theres call waiting, call forwarding, hold facility, call transfer and free voicemail.
for the first week i had my PDA phone i seriously considered taking it back and swapping it for a normal phone, but now i wouldn't be without it.
also, there is a free upgrade to Windows Mobile 6 (which is vista for your mobile)
