A program for psp(like antiviruuse or fire walls)?

you know PSP has a sensitive system and the ruiner programs os files ( viruse or ...) damage it. is there any program to slove this problem??(like antiviruses of firewalls..)

the psp by it's nature is not at all a 'sensitive system' because the guts of the system software is on the psp itself and can't be altered because the psp will not run software that wasn't created by sony or it's official partners - their business is in producing games to make huge amounts of money - they don't spend their time writing viruses and trojans.

if you're running a custom firmware on the psp and you download files and run them without knowing what they will do then yeah, your psp may be bricked but you've already violated sony's terms and conditions by using custom firmware. they are trojans though, there are no psp viruses.

THIS means that no legitimate company has a need to create protective software because the official firmware won't run non-sony code, and the 'scene' won't create one either because the only people that run risky software are people that don't know what they're doing to begin with.

a psp firewall software is pointless, no-one knows how to 'hack' a psp over a network connection and even if they did they'd be unable to do anything to the psp (see my first paragraph). plus, the psp connects to the internet and other networks using a wireless router which themselves already have built-in firewalls as standard.
