It depends. Cell phone operate in the higher 800 MHz range. There are some walkie talkies that operate in the 800 MHz range, but not exactly the same range as cell phones. The jammer may or may not work on these walkie talkies. Many other walkie talkies work in the 450 MHz range, 150 MHz range, and even in the 50 MHz range. CB walkie talkies work in the 25 MHz range. The jammer should not work in these ranges.
