Answer:
Yes, you can.
For audio, iPod supports MP3 and AAC format.
For video, iPod supports only MP4 format video.
You can search the right types on limewire and download them, then drag into iTunes and sync your iPod.
If your videos from limewire are not MP4 format, you can get a video converter to convert them, I recommend 'Video to iPod Converter' to you, it can convert many popular video format to iPod format, I always use it to convert videos from limewire for my iPod, it also supports transport converted files to iPod directly without iTunes, really helpful, you may download for a trial.
