Anyone disappointed in their comcast cable?

my digital cable is cutting channels out that we used to have. we started with the normal package channels plus halmark, soap net, and some movie channel. they cut out halmark and soap net. then we discovered we had VH1 classic. now they cut that out too. we still have this movie channel. and the on demand hardly works too. i'm really disappointed in these people. anyone else?

If it's cutting in and out, it could be due to a weak signal. I had the same problem and the Comcast tech installed an amplifier in the basement and that fixed everything on all the TV's in my house. It cost me $0.

I have found Comcast to be very reliable. I have TV and broadband through them.

Hope this helps! You're not the only one. Here in Boston, I got two choices: RCN or Comcast. Let's put it this way, Comcast is the lesser of two evils.

RCN had more channels, but they're customer service are terrible, and they can't seem to fix anything. I was paying for the Mach 10 for 4 months before the cable guy told me that the cable modem that I was renting wasn't cable of Mach 10 speed. Gave RCN a call, and she said that it's not true, so I told her to check her records. Guess what, she was wrong, but I didn't get an apology. Then someone else gave me a lecture on why I shouldn't be using a router even though their self-help recorded message suggest I disconnect and then connect my router to fix my internet problems.

With Comcast, for the most part, internet service has been running fairly smooth. I get interruptions in droves, but then they disappear and I get no interruptions for months, unlike RCN, where I get disconnected on a weekly basis.
