*Creative Zen V MP3 Player- 1GB users only!?

**IMPORTANT!**

if you do not have a creative zen v mp3 player, do not answer this question.

Please answer all of these questions to get the best answer.

1. Where do you get your downloads from? I am looking to not use my mom's credit card, so that would help.

2. Sometimes when I have a low battery, the player freezes up. Why does it do this? It doesn't work when I try resetting it. I usually just let the battery run out all of the way and re-charge it.

don not let the battery run out all of the way as the battery life will get shorter. Freezing up is cause by the low battery or because you make it 'hang', just like a computer when you click a lot of timess and cause it to freeze.HOwever this show a problem and if the problem still exist contact creatve at your country. Mine is at Singapore where i can help you if you live in S'pore. I have a Zen and I use Urge to get my songs. I pay $14.95 a month and have access to thousands of songs. At least once a month you have to sync you Zen to Windows Media Player so that it can renew the song rights. I like this way better than purchasing each song. Or I use Limewire and upload my library.

As far as the freezing, mine does this when I try to skip past too many songs and resetting it may or may not work. Try contacting Creative and get technical support. that has happened to me and what you should do is to just let it run out of batteries. it is normal, it usually happens because it doesnt have enough batteries to play the music but enough to keep the player on so it freezes...and the music, you should get it from limewire, it is a program that lets you download free music. when you download it, and start searching songs just go to your lybrarie and click on explore than underline the songs that you want and drag it to the music file in the creative zen v icon in my computer
