unfortunately not, the wah pedals from dunlop are just that, wah only.
ernie ball makes a pedal called the "volume Jr." that is pretty popular, and there are a lot of other makers that do volume pedals (and some that ARE volume/wah in one, i have a DOD fx 17 that does both, but i only use it for volume).
next up, when you push the toe of the Wah pedal all the way down (as in put your body weight down on it, not just rock it downward) the pedal clicks off and you no longer get the wah effect, when you push your weight down on it again, it turns back on.
also, be aware that most pedals are still going to send your signal through a circuit when the effect is off, which eats up your tone a little. if you get "true bypass" or "hardwire bypass" pedals, that doesnt happen. i believe that Vox offers a few nice true bypass pedals right now.
