why does my phone keep turning of randomly?
it keeps turning off even though i have just fully charges the battery. would there be something wrong with the battery? should i get a new one?

Get a new one, its busted Bad battery replace it You probably have battery problems. I would go to your company and see. If you keep in your pocket you may be turning it off when you move. I am constantly taking pictures of my pocket and have to delete them. It could be a software problem. I get it when I use the calendar/diary section of my mobile. If you take it to be repaired, it will lose all your entries (phone numbers, diary entries, etc), so be sure you want to get the problem fixed before losing all your data. u might have dropped it a couple a times and the that could cause it to turn off It might simply be that the metal contacts between the battery and the phone are dusty. You might just remove the battery and look inside the battery compartment.
I've seen other phones do the same. Good luck with it, though. It could well be a software problem & if it is it will get worse over time.If it is still under guarantee I would advise you to contact either your service provider or the place you bought it & have it either repaired or replaced. try & save any photos etc you may want to keep first though
