why can't i play mpeg4 videos on my nokia 7710?
in the nokia site, it says there that 7710 could play rm,ram and mpeg4, but why can't i play most rm, and all ram and mpeg4? sound sometimes plays but the video doesn't. pls don't advice me to use any movie player application. i already tried many rm,ram and mpeg4 videos but almost nothing had played. i even use a video converter to have an mpeg4 video,and i set it all to the lowest quality so its more possible that it will play on my phone... but still it didn't play. i got a video captured by n80(which is mp4) from gsmarena.com and loaded it into my phone--but again only the sound played and theres no video. i'm really frustrated... i hate nokia sometimes...

theres something wrong with ur phone... I have a 7710 and its playing vedio. Try downloading all the Updates from the nokia site once more...one last time. if it still doesnt work, take the phone back, u should be able to gat a refund or a replacement ( or atleast a repair free of cost)
