? about wet cell phone?

I have recently in the last week dropped my cell phone in the toliet =[ It worked for five or ten minutes after that, then quit. We have gotten these beads that suck moisture out of wet items( which is like the rice method, some people offer) that are used for museum artifacts. It work fine now, but the end call button won't work. We are going to leave it in the beads for the rest f the week, but if it fails I need something to fall on Please any suggestions??

I don't think warranty will pay for water damage anyway. If your attack doesn't work, open the phone, remove battery and sim card and put the phone in direct sun light for a few days. Water doesn't really hurt electronics, it's the impurities in the water. If the toilet water wasn't tooooo dirty, you have a good chance for recovery. Check with your mom and see if you have a warranty on your phone. If you do, bring it to the store and they'll probably provide you with a new phone, the same model as your previous owned one. thats tough, hmm... well i say find a use phone from family and friends if it fail until you have money for a new one. but i say next time buy insurance for your phone rite after you recieve it. its really handy!
