Wi Fi Mobile Phones?
I am about to change my mobile and I have noticed that there are some that claim to automatically hitch up to wi fi hot spots. Does anybody have any experience of them, costs, problems, drawbacks etc plus of course any recommendations for good performers and providers.

Try BT Fusion to see if that meets your needs. it's very flexible and at home (if you have bt wireless) can use the internet connection to route phone calls through the web. outside works pretty much as a mobile phone and if u are in a hotspot area it will pick up the signal and again route calls through the internet. They cost around ￡80 or more and you must be in a hot spot, they are not practical to phone mobiles yet as the cost is much the same or more, and if you are in the country there will be no hot spots. Try looking on the SKYPE web page. Oh and it is not a real mobile phone and you can not use them for emergency calls 999 or 911 etc. Waste of time, i had Nokia N80, and Nokia N91 both of them got WiFi but it need a lot of effort and time to access internet and not all the website are developed by keeping mobile in mind...
