Why does my Razr keep turning on when its plugged in to charge?
I Charge my phone right beside me and when I move it just magically turns on and then I have to turn over and turn it off.Whats happening?And also its happend with my last to former cellphones.What is going on?

Sean ... You're not alone, friend. My Motorola (not a Razr, or whatever they call them) used to do the same thing. One time I turned it off to charge it, plugged in the charger, and it turned on, off, on, off, on, off, and seemingly was going to do this forever. I momentarily fixed it by removing the charger, turning it off, waiting a while, and then plugging in the charger. I must have caught the phone at a bad time and it somehow got into this infinite loop.
Oh, but there's more. When I first bought the phone, as I walked out of the store, I tried to turn it off. It did turn off, but immediately came back on again. I turned it off again, and it immediately turned back on again. I went back to the store and they said that some of the phones had bad firmware that could not be re-programmed; they just gave me a new phone.
That really made me mad ... I got the feeling that Motorola is just putting phones out there without thoroughly testing them.

NOW, THE RAZR: I have a RAZR currently and I had a similar problem. They told me to replace the battery and I did. It seemed to work and I haven't had a problem since. It's just odd that your old phones did this. I've heard about lots of problems with the RAZR, sort of like the SK3. My cousin had 150+ contacts stored and the next morning they were gone and all of his data. Definitly contact your dealer! They should be able to help you.
