Why do my computer screen, speakers, digital equipment act up just before I recieve a call on my cel

Whenever I am on my computer, at home or work, just before my cell phone rings, my computer screen begins to flash, or my speakers begin to buzz in a specific pattern... I wonder if that is some type of digital interference

Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) is electromagnetic radiation which is emitted by electrical circuits carrying rapidly changing signals, as a by-product of their normal operation, and which causes unwanted signals (interference or noise) to be induced in other circuits. This interrupts, obstructs, or otherwise degrades or limits the effective performance of those other circuits. It is also known as Electromagnetic Interference or EMI.

Another thing that has a major role on the interference is that the FCC in the USA mandates that most electrical equipment can be interupted or accept interference, but they also mandate that many elctronics can not send out interference. The reason for this is mostly safety based issues.

You have cingular of T-mobile it usea GSM. They use frequnce that mess with the speacker in you computer or what ever it might be.
