Why did my motorola KRZR break?
The other day I opened up my new motorola KRZR that I had only had for a few days, and it said there was no reception and then the screen went blank and froze.
I turned it off and on, it froze again so I turned it off and took the battery out. When I put the battery back in it wouldn't turn on at all.
Does anyone know what might have happened?

firm ware of the phone is corrupted just go to dealer and ask for reinstall. I have no clue
