Why can't I delete mp3 ringtones from my phone???
I installed a few mp3s on my Razr V3 through Mobile Phone Tools. Now, when I try to delete them, it returns me to the home menu on the phone and doesn't delete them. When I plug the phone into the computer with the USB cable and try to delete them, it comes up with this error message: "Request denied by phone (Unauthorized (0x41))." I don't have any of the mp3s set as ringtones, alarms, etc... WHATS WRONG???

well, if it gets too complicated, you may want to do a phone clear. This is in the menu under setup. Warning, this will erase all of your settings. however it is not too hard to do the settings. Make sure all of your phone numbers are stored on SIM card and not on the phone as these will be wiped out as well. If on SIM then no problem. Email me if you need more help
