Mobile phones were not discovered. They were invented. The first mobile phone was in 1945 used in the USA. But if you mean cellular phone, the first one was in 1981, the Nordic Mobile Telephone system in Scandinavia (first Norway and Sweden, then followed by Finland and Denmark in 1982). japenese......... i think in the year 1995 i dont knw the person may be he's from nokia company Actually, it was developed by a number of people over a relatively long period of time.

Back then it weighted about 25 pounds or came in 2 pieces a control head in in the front and the rest in the trunk. You also had to call an operator to make a call. As for who discovered it probably Motorola in the USA.
