A cellphone question.?
ive tried to call a old friends cellphone and when i called it said " this person isnt accepting calls at this time" .. what does that mean? that mean they have there phone off or what? kinda a weird question but was wondering what was up with it.

NO LONGER IN SERVICE OR DIDNT PAY THE BILL don't know, but would prefer not to see your belly, dear... they could have not been around or they got another phone their late on a payment soo their phone got shut off It depends on the network. Some networks allow the subscriber the ability to disable call waiting (when she does this and you call her while she is on a call, the call won't get through) and block calls.
