Last month i had 7 dollars worth of data, so will i still get charged for data if I get this plan?

If this is Verizon, the $5 monthly charge for 250 txt messages includes sending pix messages (which can hold multiple pics if your phone supports that feature) as well. If your data charges are not based on sending messages, then they probably would not be included. Yes You Will But If U Upgrade To The Multimeadia plan for 20 dollars ur wont b charged and u get unlimeted
