20 day International Cell Phone?
I'm not taking my cell phone to Russia. Question - can I buy a phone to use for just 3 weeks, minutes and return when all done or keep for next trip? I did a search for international cell phones and got lots of hits, but don't know which are scams?

If you have a t-mobile or cingular phone, just go and ask them to unlock it (they will do it if you have an account for more than 90 days). Then you can take that phone and simply buy a sim card in Russia (and throw it away when you are done).
Or, go to www.220-electronics.com (in Chicago) and buy a cheap phone. Again, when you get to Russia, buy a prepaid sim card.
