1GB MMC for Nokia 6600 says 480MB free?
I brought a 1GB MMC for my Nokia 6600 phone. It worked well. Then since the Manual says to Format a card before use, I formatted it using my phone. It took very long time to format and suddenly while formating it terminated and said "Memory card corrupted". I tryied several times but it saed the same. Then I formatted it using Nokia N70. It formatted well but now it gives only 480MB for my phone. For Nokia N70 it says the whole memory is only 480MB but for my phone Nokia 6600 it says the capacity is 950MB but half of it is fulled.
Please help me to make my card free. Thank you

You might try putting it in your computer and going to the disk manager (right click my computer -> manage). Reformat it there and then try it in your phone again.
I've had that work with USB drives but I've never tried with any kind of memory card.
