I want to purchase a camcorder and there are deals on the panasonic camcorders?

there are two models on which there are deals one is Panasonic PV-GS39 and the other one is Panasonic PV-GS29 . I dont have any knowledge on camcorders and i dont want to spend a lot on them either ,please guide me .

But dont buy sony, i went through five of thosed
