why does my front speakers lounder and hit harder than my back speakers?
It sounds like i almost not have them hooked up. i have turned them up threw the receiver and change the listening mode. non of that changed anything. i know there not broke i just got them. ANY HELP?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Because you're not furnishing the surround channels with any significant information. If you have the right settings, it's hooked up right, and you play a source with lots of surround information, you will get sound from your rear speakers. Otherwise, you won't. Try the surround setup mode where the amp sends a signal to each speaker independently so that you can set the individual levels. If you hear the tone from each speaker, then everything is fine and you'll just have to get a decent sound source. Your receiver should have a setup mode with test tones that are used to balance the system. Look at the instruction manual for speaker setup. It could be what your listening to or looking at or it could be how your system is made to sound. Try another movie or CD to see what happens.
