The blue light has a shorter wave length and therefor can be much more accurate in reading. So you can have thinner lines of code, and therefor alot more space. Enough space for true 1080p HD movies and beautiful surround sound. But you need a Blue-Ray disc reader, or HD DVD reader, neither are compatible with one another. It's a disc smaller than usual, and more better. GOD! playstation 3 is blue-ray.
